I love entertaining in my new screened 12X24 porch where all the fun begins watching TV, or sitting by the electric fireplace in evenings reminiscing. My family loves dining out there or just relaxing with the ceiling fans & a soothing outdoor breeze. Take a short stroll to the Dolphin Coves boardwalk along the tranquil canal where you can watch the dolphins frolic & chase fish or bring your fishing pole & catch your bounty. Why not jump in your boat at my deeded slip #31 & take a leisurely boat ride to view all of the area’s beautiful wildlife or dock & dine at a waterfront restaurant. I could not be in a more perfectly located community than Dolphin Cove, just off the North Causeway between Canal St. mainland & Flagler Ave. beachside where you can bike ride, walk, or take a ride in minutes to all of the area’s unique restaurants, local boutique’s, street fairs, art festivals, farmer’s markets & night life. Then continue at the end of Flagler Avenue on to beautiful New Smyrna Beach where you can park your car or bike on the beach to dip your toes in the sand & surf. I am 30 minutes from Daytona Beach & all of the racing & bike week action. I am an hour from St. Augustine to the north & Cape Canaveral south where they launch rocket's and we watch them from my back door. It is only a little over an hour to Orlando & all of its Attractions, sports & airports. Why not come by and take a look at me.
